Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging, with all tags attached

We reserve the right to reject returns after the 14-day period or if items don’t meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

Email returns@rendyrclothing.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return

We’ll respond with return instructions.

Note:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Use a tracked service, we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer exchanges. For a different size or item, place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rendyrclothing.co.uk. We’ll resolve it promptly.
